1 River Terrace is a 32-story new construction building in the heart of Battery Park City. The developer, The Sheldrake Organization, sought to exceed the environmental standards set in place by the Battery Park City Authority by committing 15% of the project cost directly to “green” measures. Chelsea Lighting was awarded the entire lighting package for the building which includes 264 individual one-to-four bedroom apartments.

All three buildings are connected by a centralized garden and views of the Upper East Side of New York. 40 Mercer Street is a 15 story block long residential building in Soho. Designed by reowned hotelier, Andre Balazs, this building is said to have the most cutting edge use of glass in residential architecture and it offers an abundance of amenities as well as privacy for its residence. Chelsea Lighting supplied the lighting for this super condo residential project which began in 2006, and was completed in late 2007.

The 12-story, 960,000-square-foot industrial building at 360 Furman Street on the Brooklyn Heights waterfront was converted into luxury condos by R.A.L. Companies and Newmark Construction. Chelsea Lighting was awarded the lighting package by Forest Electric which includes a 500-space attended parking structure and 600,000 sq. feet of retail.

Jack Resnick and Sons built beautiful 200 Chambers Street in the Tribeca neighborhood. Located on Chambers Street, between the West Side Highway and Greenwich Street, this 30 story condo-tower was completed in late 2007. With 258 condominium units, 200 Chambers Street offers studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom residences. They range in size from 573 square feet to 2,300 square feet and priced from approximately $500,000 to approximately $3 million.

The Beekman Tower is a new 76-story luxury apartment building, located in downtown Manhattan adjacent to City Hall and the Brooklyn Bridge. Designed by world-famous architect Frank Gehry, the building has over 900 apartments and upon completion will be the eighth tallest building in New York City. Chelsea was awarded the lighting package for the apartments in Fall 2009, and the amenities spaces and exterior plaza in the Fall of 2010 by Zwicker Electric. The project was completed in Spring 2011.
