The Mandarin Oriental Hotel in the AOL Time Warner Center at Columbus Circle, has over 250 guest rooms, which includes 48 suites with views overlooking Central Park and Manhattan’s skyline. Guests who stay at this hotel in the Upper West Side, are near Lincoln Center, Carnegie Hall, Central Park and New York City’s famous 5th Avenue. Chelsea Lighting supplied all the lighting on this project including the hotels spectacular lobby.

The Standard Hotel is being erected above the old and no longer working L train tracks in the Meat Packing District . This 18 story very modern hotel has views of the Hudson River and lower Manhattan. The hotel will be approximately 200,000 square feet, and will have 332 guest rooms, 2 restaurants, and 3 bars. The construction for the Standard Hotel began in Mid 2008, and is expected to be completed in early 2009. Chelsea Lighting was awarded the lighting contract for the entire building by Zwicker Electric.

The Crowne Plaza Hotel, located in the heart of Times Square, recently renovated all 770 guest rooms and several meeting facilities as well as the Lobby, Porte Cochere, and restaurants in the establishment. Chelsea Lighting provided the lighting fixtures in all of these areas and is currently completing the Broadway Entrance renovation.
