Tom Ike is a Principal and the President of Chelsea Lighting. Tom joined Chelsea Lighting in 2014 after a 20-year career with Lutron Electronics Co. Inc., where he held a series of leadership roles including Corporate Vice President of Global Sales, Vice President of North American Sales, and Commercial Systems General Manager. Tom was a member of the Lutron Executive Board which reported to the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer.
With over 25 years of lighting and lighting controls experience, Tom is a speaker and panelist at many conferences and events focused on Sustainable Design and Construction. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute and the National Association of Electrical Distributors. Tom has also served as an advisory council member of Electric International, the education foundation for the electrical contracting community.
An alumnus of Moravian College, Tom serves on the school’s President’s Advisory Council and is a member of the Moravian College Athletic Hall of Fame. He also received post-graduate training in the executive education programs at the Harvard Business School and University of Chicago Graduate School of Business. Tom is active in his personal and professional communities, where he sits on several non-profit boards. Tom enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons and enjoys golf, wine and attending his sons' sporting events.
