Chelsea Lighting is proud to announce the promotions of Alyssa Hyseni, Tevin Campbell, and Gary Lin to Project Manager. Their promotions reflect the hard work, dedication, and professional growth they have demonstrated throughout their time with the company. We congratulate Tevin, Alyssa, and Gary on this well-deserved achievement and look forward to their continued success in their new roles. Learn more about their backgrounds and career journeys below.

Alyssa Hyseni joined Chelsea Lighting in 2023 after transitioning from a recruiting role in the construction industry. Drawn to Chelsea’s Rotational Development Program (RDP), she saw an opportunity to build a career in an industry that was completely new to her.

As a Project Manager, Alyssa is leading projects from concept through completion. She works closely with clients, design teams, vendors, and internal teams to coordinate project timelines, oversee procurement, and ensure projects are delivered seamlessly.

What Alyssa enjoys most about Chelsea Lighting is the company’s commitment to developing its people. She values the opportunity to continuously learn, grow, and build a rewarding career in the lighting industry.

A Florida State University graduate originally from Wisconsin, Alyssa recently became a mom to a beautiful daughter. She loves exploring New York City with her husband and little one. Together, they enjoy discovering new restaurants and coffee shops throughout the city. Outside of Chelsea, Alyssa also owns three restaurants – one in the Bronx’s Little Italy and two in Manhattan.

Tevin Campbell has been with Chelsea Lighting for four years and began as a Project Coordinator. Since then, he has grown into the role of Project Manager, taking on a central role in keeping projects moving from kickoff through installation and commissioning.

With a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Farmingdale State College, Tevin brings a technical perspective to project management. He works closely with clients, construction teams, manufacturers, and Chelsea’s internal teams, coordinating schedules, costs, change orders, site visits, and project updates while staying ahead of potential challenges.

For Tevin, one of the best parts of working at Chelsea is that there is always something new to learn. He also values the supportive people around him and enjoys working directly with customers to help find solutions that make their projects successful.

Gary Lin joined Chelsea Lighting 3.5 years ago, initially drawn to the company’s work with Power over Ethernet (PoE) lighting before finding his place in the Controls Department.

As a Project Manager in the Controls Division, Gary oversees the controls processes, from detailed reviews of shop drawings/BOMs to managing project deliverables, including material, startup, and training. He also works closely with project teams to troubleshoot challenges and develop solutions that ensure control systems perform as intended.

Gary holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering, a background that has proven particularly valuable in his work with increasingly sophisticated control systems. He enjoys digging into the technical details and finding creative solutions to challenging project issues, while especially valuing the collaborative and supportive team environment at Chelsea Lighting.
